These terms govern your use of PoundPop ("the app"), available at poundpop.com and as a mobile app. By using PoundPop, you agree to these terms.

What PoundPop is

PoundPop is a weight loss progress tracker: you log your weight and pop a visual bubble for each pound lost, with no calorie counting. It is a motivational tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice.

Your account and data

• You can use PoundPop fully without an account; your data stays on your device.
• Creating an account is optional and lets you back up and sync your data across devices.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Use PoundPop for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use the app in any way that violates applicable laws.

Premium subscriptions

PoundPop offers an optional Premium subscription (additional themes, shareable progress cards) billed through the platform's payment provider (such as Google Play Billing or Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from Settings or your app store account.

No warranty

PoundPop is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the app at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PoundPop and its developer aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
